Meet the New Trustees
Kellie Bickel, PhD
Dr. Bickel is Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property & Corporate Strategy at TwinStrand Biosciences, where she drives innovation in genomics and cancer diagnostics. With over 20 years of experience in scientific commercialization and intellectual property strategy, her expertise supports PNRI’s mission to expand the boundaries of genetic research.

Erick Rabins
With over 30 years of experience in life sciences innovation and venture capital, Erick has led global initiatives in corporate development and investment banking. He is currently Director of Corporate Development for US-based SGC Pharma and brings a deep understanding of leveraging research for therapeutic advancements worldwide.

Rebecca Campbell
Founder of Cure 4 Type 1, Rebecca leads efforts to advance research aimed at curing type 1 diabetes. Driven by her son’s diagnosis, she advocates for solutions that not only address T1D but also provide insights into other autoimmune diseases.

Elena Cant
A global business executive and seasoned board director, Elena has led strategic growth initiatives in life sciences, including raising $50M in Series B funding at TwinStrand Biosciences. Her expertise spans governance, operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

David is a partner at Perkins Coie, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and growth strategies across various sectors, including biotechnology and healthcare. A community leader and member of Leadership Tomorrow’s Class of 2025, David is dedicated to fostering opportunities in the Puget Sound region.

A seasoned financial consultant and founder of Vertical Wine Services, Justin brings expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning. He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at The Perkins School.
