About the Hackathon

You are invited to the inaugural PNRI Rare Disease Hackathon,
taking place from May 24th to May 26th! Join us for an in-person,
work-intensive gathering where we will explore genetics and
genomics strategies aimed at uncovering pathogenic DNA variants
in unresolved rare disease cohorts, a collaborative focus of our labs.

The agenda features presentations by Hackathon group leaders on
genetics, genomics, and bioinformatics, along with sessions dedicated
to project development, results discussion, and discovery evaluation
from short-read sequencing data.
